The Issues

Jimmy Carroll is running for council as a concerned citizen. After living here

his whole life, and raising his three sons here, not to mention, his whole working

life here, Jimmy feels he knows the island, knows it’s issues, and has a lot to offer

in experience, both professionally and personally.

 

Now that two of his three sons are off in college, Jimmy has the time to give back to
